As a growing organization, and one of the largest member organizations of the National APIDA Panhellenic Association (NAPA), Sigma Beta Rho was deemed organizationally and financially prepared by the Board of Trustees to make the historic stride to instate an Executive Director.

Phi Nguyen, has been named Executive Director for Sigma Beta Rho. Phi Nguyen comes to Sigma Beta Rho with over 15+ years of experience in nonprofit management and fraternal affairs. Phi previously served Lambda Phi Epsilon Fraternity as national secretary, expansion chair, president, and chairman of the board as well as vice chair for the National APIDA Panhellenic Association. Phi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Public Administration with a Nonprofit concentration from Baruch College.
