End of Semester and Beginning of Semester reports are a seemingly tedious job that happens at the beginning and end of each semester, hence the name. These reports give us a picture of how each chapter is doing in the various assessed areas so that we can continuously improve. We do these reports to keep ourselves accountable and ensure that we continue to uphold the values of our organization.
